Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and personable Account Manager / Client Relations & Business Development professional to nurture our client partnerships and support business growth. In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, coordinate service and design updates, and help expand the company through referrals and enhancement sales.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and ensure outstanding service.
Conduct site visits to assess plant health, design quality, satisfaction and verify correct inventory.
Coordinate replacements, installations, and upgrades with the horticultural team.
Identify and recommend add-on sales opportunities like new plants, containers, or décor.
Generate and follow up on client referrals and warm leads.
Prepare proposals and presentations in collaboration with the design team.
Maintain organized client records and service documentation.
Participate in local networking and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales (service, design, or horticulture preferred).

Horticultural Services Coordinator

Location: Delaware
Hours: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week) or Full-Time (Monday–Friday, flexible schedule)

Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Horticultural Services Coordinator to support our greenhouse operations, horticultural technicians, and account management team.

This role ensures the consistent quality and health of our interiorscapes. The coordinator assists with technician training, monitors account quality, supports plant replacements, manages pest monitoring, and helps prepare for seasonal projects. It’s a perfect fit for someone who loves plants, enjoys variety in their day, and thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular quality checks of client accounts to ensure plant health and service standards.
Support technicians with training, troubleshooting, and best practices for plant care.
Assist with greenhouse care, watering, pest monitoring, and plant staging.
Coordinate with the Account Manager and Designer on replacements and service updates.
Help manage plant inventory, ordering, and preparation for installations.
Participate in seasonal programs such as Blooming art container, orchid, seasonal colors and poinsettias rotations
Provide occasional coverage for technician routes during absences or peak periods.
Knowledge of the following Technician duties:
- Water, prune, fertilize, and clean plants based on species needs.
- Inspect for pests and diseases; apply appropriate treatments.
- Remove debris and maintain planters and surrounding areas.
- Report plant health issues or client concerns promptly.
- Drive company vans between client sites and maintain equipment.
- Support seasonal displays and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

2–3 years of horticultural, greenhouse, or interiorscape experience.
Working knowledge of interior plant species and basic pest management.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
Friendly and professional communicator, comfortable working with clients and colleagues.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Pesticide certification a plus but not required (training available).
Comfortable driving company vans; valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift 20 lbs repeatedly and push/pull watering equipment up to 120 lbs.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Interior Plantscape Designer & Sales Consultant to help bring our clients’ spaces to life through the beauty of plants. This position combines design creativity with business development — perfect for someone who loves interiors, biophilic design, and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients to understand design goals, layout, and lighting conditions.
Develop customized plantscape designs with appropriate plants and containers.
Prepare detailed design proposals and present visual concepts.
Oversee projects from design approval through installation.
Coordinate with the greenhouse and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

We are seeking a Billing & Administrative Coordinator to support our financial and administrative operations. This position ensures accuracy in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and HR documentation, keeping our business running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoices and manage client billing for ongoing and project-based work.
Process payments, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Manage accounts payable and reconcile credit cards and bank accounts.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee and vendor records.
Maintain financial data in QuickBooks Online and generate reports as needed.
Communicate professionally with clients and vendors about billing and account details.
